We borrow our name from the constellation, who’s history is steeped in Greek mythology and also happens to contain the brightest radio source in the night sky.

For as long as we have known, humans have turned to the sky for answers, crafting origin stories, mythology, and legends by mapping the celestial bodies. The stars were our very first attempt at storytelling. They were guides for travelers and a source of entertainment and inspiration.

At Cassiopeia Studio, we approach every podcast project with this sense of wonder and seeking. We draw lines between points in order to uncover the story that needs to be told. We seek to understand the intention so we can create the best possible podcast with our clients that gives them the results they desire.

Our founder Amanda McGrane has been in the podcasting world for close to 10 years. She hailed from music journalism where she spent 15+ years interviewing other kinds of stars generally becoming fascinated with how they told their stories when given the proper space. She also wrote the #1 best-selling book on podcasting. Amanda is generally known as the comedic relief of the room and has the magic touch when it comes to producing podcasts. Her real specialty, however, is in concept and development where she can turn a good idea into a great and accessible one while maintaining its integrity.
